Course Description
This course introduces students to the workforce management concepts of Maximo. Workforce management includes the establishment of labor records used for assigning and recording work. Craft records which determine the charge rates when that type of work is performed based on the organizations identified skill levels. This IBM Course also introductions the creation and use of calendars. Finally the course introduces the creation and tracking of Qualifications that may be needed to operate or work on an asset.
